The Board of Property and Finance shall be responsible for all the property and financial affairs of the church. It shall be the duty to act as the stewardship arm of the church. Its charge is to oversee all personnel matters, except the selection of the Pastor. The Board’s responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Preparing the annual budget in consultation with the other Boards and, following approval by the Council, presenting it at the Annual Meeting.
2. Raising funds for the church by conducting a stewardship drive each year.
3. Investing and preserving the church’s financial assets.
4. Approving the expenditure from any established fund.
5. Establishing practices and fee schedules for the renting of the church and Fellowship Hall.

2. Providing adequate insurance coverage.
3. Caring for the church grounds.
2. Engaging outside services to maintain and improve the property.
3. Reviewing salary proposals for all paid personnel, as recommended by the appropriate Boards.
